"My name is David Kunian. I am the Music Curator for the New Orleans Jazz Museum and the Louisiana State Museum. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Robert Forbes 3D for a 3D scan project for the exhibit 'Me Got Fiyo: The Professor Longhair Centennial.' The project was to scan the bust of Professor Longhair that sits in the front of the music club Tipitina’s. The scanners were both professional and diligent. It was a challenging scan as the bust has nuances, curves, and textures that are not easily captured. They did a great job and were appreciative and accommodating in the specific needs of this scan. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of doing any scan whether easy or complex."
